بعد تولية إدارة الفشن التعليمية على الانتهاء من تسليم الكتب الدراسية لجميع الطلاب ،
وسرعة استكمال العجز فى الكتب الدراسية من مخازن الإدارة والتردد على المخازن بصفة دائمة لاستكمال العجز وكذلك 3استكمال جميع سجلات المدرسة كما شدد على الاهتمام بالنظافة العامة للمدرسة ومراعاة الدقة فى تسجيل غياب الطلاب وبخاصة طلاب الصفين الثالث الإعدادى والثالث الثانوى
كما شدد على ا لإعلان عن مجموعات التقوية داخل المدرسة بالتعاون مع مجلس الأمناء وتسهيل مهمة موجهى اللغة العربية وكوادر القرائية لإجراء الاختبار التشخيصى و الاهتمام بالمعامل والمكتبات من حيث التشغيل وجداول التشغيل
يذكر أن محمد رمضان عبد المقصود مدير عام الإدارة التعليمية، كان قد قام أول أمس بزيارة مفاجئة لعدة مدارس، حيث بدأها بمدرسة صفط الخرسا الإعدادية وأحال مديرتها للتحقيق بسبب اكتشافه عدة مخالفات بالمدرسة، ثم زار مدرسة كفر منسابة الابتدائية، وأوصى بسرعة إنهاء أزمة مستنقعات المياه الجوفية بالمدرسة، ثم زار مدرسة الجفادون 1 الابتدائية (عزبة بشرا)، وقام بمجازة الأستاذ أسامة سمير ونيس لعدم الشرح داخل الفصل والتلفظ بألفاظ خارجة للطلاب، وأحال أيضا مدير المدرسة إلى الشئون القانونية.
واختتم رمضان زيارته بمدرسة عزبة بشرا الإعدادية وأوصى بتركيب زجاج لبعض الشبابيك.
